I like the facilities, but I wish staff communication was better. I won a gift card in a drawing, and it took three tries to receive it, because every time I went in, the managers were gone, and the staff there wasn't able to get the card. The first time, I understood, and they said I should come back the next day and it would be left out for the staff member at the desk, but that was not the case, and somewhere there was a communication gap. It took a day more to do what should have been done from the start.
